Many VPS providers claim to offer “fast NVMe storage”, but in practice, real performance often varies significantly depending on CPU frequency, disk I/O limits, and neighbor workloads.

As a system administrator, I prefer to verify performance claims with repeatable benchmarks before deploying production workloads.
